• Job title: Senior Software Engineer – PHP/MySQL.

• Job description: We demand senior, highly talented, reliable & motivated, technically savvy backend web development skills to build & grow a scalable, maintainable, complex & diversified healthcare platform to advance the industry.
• You will be a lead developer responsible for developing new software products and providing ongoing maintenance & support and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks.
• The product frontend is developed & NEAR complete. Now we will be starting to build all the backend of our features. You need to have the skills to build them in a fast, productive & efficient way.
• Our technologies are HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax, PHP & MySQL.
• Comfortable knowledge of frontend is so helpful in case we want to change/correct something in our platform. However, your focus is mainly going to be backend with just very minimal & quick frontend work.
• We will launch the product in chunks. As soon as we finish one of the features, we’ll launch it
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with the team to develop our users’ best experiences. We’ll be using excellent project management tools.
• We’ll have regular meetings, so we review performance in terms of development speed, product delivery, quality, etc. We’ll be testing software development methodology in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• You need to have the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work and have great communication and leadership skills.

• We require highly-skilled developers in:
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• We require the highest level of security measures, speed optimization, and most updated ways of using the language(PHP7.4 and above)
• Additional skills are: Analyzing information, code understanding, software testing, problem-solving, proposing solutions, software documentation, software debugging & frameworks.
• PHP & MySQL proficiency.
• Conceptualizing and implementing solutions for data storage.
• Develop and support software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors, recommending purchases, and testing and approving products.
• Strong experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies & payment gateway e.g., AWS & Stripe, respectively.

• Special skills you are required to do(or quickly learn to do them) and are CRUCIAL for our product is to know:
1- Connecting platforms via APIs because we will connect our EHR with other hospital platforms, e.g., Lab Information System(LIS) and the Radiology Information System(RIS).

2- Know how to build backend of a form generator similar to http://www.phpform.org/formbuilder/index.php Because hospitals need to digitalize their paper forms.

3- Data migration between database management systems because we might be shifting patient data between electronic health records.

4- Knowledge about HIPAA Guidelines requirements & application. Our EHR must be HIPAA compliant.

Compensation:

• Your work will be compensated by good equity and salary. Equity will be 1,000,000 shares i.e., 12.5% of the company, and your title will be Co-founder.
• Salary range will be between $55,000 – $120,000 and as soon as we generate revenue from customers or get investments.

3- Salary $55,000 – $120,000 will be as soon as we make money from customers, or we get investment from startup accelerators or angels or VCs. It’ll be depending on our stage, Seed, Series A, Etc. Let’s have this salary range agreement now & you’ll surely have a higher salary if WE GREW OUR PRODUCT TO SUCCESS.
