We have done, and continue to, provide the world’s leading brands with all the insights necessary to launching successful marketing campaigns within the gaming, esports and metaverse sectors, and even provide talent agencies and esports teams with a new method of identifying talent.

For our exclusive clients such as Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and L’Oreal (to name a few), our in-house team work directly with clients to provide an ongoing, fully tailored strategy formulation and execution service.

About the role…

We are looking for a conscientious Customer Success to join our rapidly growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with commercial experience who is looking to develop a career in Customer Success in SaaS.

You will be onboarding new platform clients and will support them throughout the course of their subscription, working with leading agencies, brands and publishers. You will also be working closely with our Marketing & Product Teams to improve our Customer experience.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading clients through the onboarding process, ensuring that they are well equipped to make maximum use of their subscription.
  • Building relationships with clients to increase lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Owning client accounts as the main point of contact, managing relationships and supporting any queries.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase the use of the platform within each account.
  • Upselling to existing clients to ensure revenue goals are met through encouraging add-on sales and upgrading accounts
  • Building insight reports for our Multi-License accounts. Reviewing these and suggesting proactive measures to maintain positive customer experience.
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure an excellent all-round customer experience.
  • Collecting feedback from clients and feeding back to the Product Team.
  • Working with the Marketing team to build out Educative content.

What we are looking for…

  • You are currently an Account Executive or Customer Success in a
  • Preferable SaaS or startup company
  • You understand the customer journey and the key touch points throughout
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan and juggle several projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to convey technical concepts to your audiences
  • High product acumen and ability to independently manage product demos, onboarding and training
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot & Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Have impeccable follow through skills – you have a pulse on client needs and can set expectations on delivery and next steps.
