Today, Awning is a small, well-funded team in stealth mode that is reinventing the investment real estate ownership experience. We’re starting by changing the investment real estate purchasing experience, by making it a technology enabled and data-driven process for buyers, an alternative to the used car salesperson experience of working directly with a traditional real estate broker.

About Us

We’re a six person team based in San Francisco. Our three co-founders have successfully built, scaled, and sold companies before, including our CEO Justin who sold his last company in the real estate space, Rentlytics, to RealPage in 2018 for $60M. We value people whom are life-long learners, take pride in their work, and excel with high levels of responsibility and autonomy.
