As an engineer or product manager, we know your time is valuable. We were hearing from some of you that you were being matched with companies who ended up not being interested – based on nothing more than whether or not they were able to sponsor a visa.
Companies can now indicate with each job they post whether or not they would be open to considering candidates in need of a US visa. By default all candidates, regardless of citizenship or visa status, will be equally considered. Otherwise, companies can select the box next to “Work Authorization” on their job postings to apply the appropriate filter.
